Worth every cent
Paid for itself in the first week. Setup took maybe twenty minutes and the defaults are sensible enough that I barely touched the settings.

Not there yet for enterprise
Great for small teams but we hit limits with SSO and audit logs. Sales was honest about the roadmap, which I appreciate — will revisit in six months.
