Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
By using ShipShelf you agree to these terms.
Who we are
ShipShelf is operated by SIA 2A2M, a limited liability company (SIA) registered in the Republic of Latvia ("we", "us", the "operator"). These terms are an agreement between you and SIA 2A2M. You can reach us at support@shipshelf.dev.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you submit and grant ShipShelf a license to display it as part of the catalog, leaderboards, badges, and newsletter. You are responsible for having the rights to the logos and screenshots you upload.
Acceptable use
Follow the Listing Guidelines. Manipulating votes or reviews, scraping at abusive rates, attempting to access other accounts, or submitting deceptive products may result in content removal and account termination.
Curation
Listing publication is at our editorial discretion. We may reject, unpublish, or edit listings that violate the guidelines, and feature products we believe are exceptional.
Disclaimer
ShipShelf lists third-party products but does not endorse or warrant them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; the liability of SIA 2A2M is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may let you bring proceedings where you live.
